House rules
The farm is yours while you're here. These are the few things that keep it that way for the next group.
Videoke until
2:00 AM
- Up to 3 pets free
- ₱400 beyond that. Never in the pool.
- No corkage
- Bring your own food and drinks.
- No security deposit
- Damage is charged if it happens, nothing is held up front.
- Gated, with CCTV
- Caretakers are on site throughout your stay.
- Videoke until 02:00.
- Clean as you go.
- Any damage to the property is charged to the guest.
- Your booking is exclusive. Only the guests on your reservation may enter the unit you booked.
- The pool is open for the full length of your booking. Children in the pool must have an adult with them.
- No glass bottles inside or around the pool.
- Up to 3 pets stay free. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Please clean up after them.
- Bring your own food and drinks. There is no corkage.
- Smoking is outdoors only, never inside the rooms.
- Bonfires are lit and put out by the caretaker. Please don't leave one burning.
- Park inside the gate. The last stretch of road is rough but passable for cars and vans.
- Please check out on time so the caretakers can prepare for the next guests. Extra hours are available if nobody is booked after you.
- Sound carries across the farm. Please keep music at a neighbourly level after the videoke curfew.
Is it safe?
The farm is gated, CCTV is installed across the property, and caretakers are on site throughout your stay.
If plans change
The 30% deposit isn't refundable, but your date can be moved — message the resort and it's reassigned. Dates go to whoever pays first, so nothing is held on a promise.
